Most families come to me not knowing how to begin. They don't have the words, they don't have the structure, and they're not sure what's even possible. That's completely normal, and it's exactly where I start.<\/p>

I'll meet with you at a time that works \u2014 at your home, or wherever is easiest. I'll ask gentle questions, and I'll listen carefully to the answers. You tell me who they were, what they loved, what made them laugh, and what they meant to the people in that room. I'll take care of everything else.<\/p>

My background as an ethicist means I'm thoughtful about ceremony structure, and sensitive to the range of cultural, religious and personal frameworks families bring.         \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOn the day of the ceremony, I arrive early, I\u2019m prepared, and I\u2019m steady. My role is to hold the space \u2014 so that your family can be fully present, without having to manage anything.<\/span>

        There is space for sorrow, for gratitude, for love \u2014 and sometimes, for gentle moments of joy. A funeral ceremony can contain all of these things. I\u2019ll help you find the right balance.<\/b><\/p><\/div>
